Return Policy

All Brewer Educational Resources or Head Into Literacy™ products carry a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product we will be happy to give you a full refund as long as it is meets the following conditions.

Materials returned for a refund or credit must be new, unmarked and resalable.

If returning kits; they must be returned with their entire contents including any containers or storage bins that were included with the delivered product and be in resalable condition.

Important Notifications:

• Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us. Returns without prior authorization will be refused or charged a 20% restocking fee.
• When your return is received and approved your account will be credited within 72 hours.
• The cost of postage for all returns is the responsibility of the consumer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged and a damage claim/report is filed with both the shipper and Brewer Educational Resources within 2 business days of merchandise delivery.
• Audio and video media such as CD-ROM's, audio & video cassettes, DVD's, etc. cannot be returned for refund/credit unless defective, incompatible, or unopened.

We reserve the right to issue a store credit on special order items.
